Patty & Bun Created a Tempting Gruyere Burger for an Upcoming Pop-up

In order to celebrate the opening of a new location in London Fields, UK burger brand Patty & Bun have launched a pop-up that features a specially created Gruyere burger. The exciting and delicious-seeming pop-up will run for two weekends at Peckham Springs, specifically the last two weekends of September 2015.

The special edition burger features a trademark aged beef patty, Gruyere cheese, fried hot dog onions, homemade burger sauce and some lettuce. The enticing menu item certainly carries the staples of the small brand's quality, but is upleveled even further by the inclusion of the hard yellow Swiss cheese.

The Gruyere burger will be available along with Patty & Bun's regular menu at a temporary venue on Blenheim Grove in Peckham Springs, London.
