The Cadbury Creme Egg has become a staple in many Easter chocolate baskets, so the Grenade Soft Core Creme Egg Protein Bar has been announced by the brand as a functional alternative for macro-minded consumers to try out.
The protein bar is a limited-edition product that features more than 13-grams of protein per serving with two-grams of sugar. The bar has the signature taste and texture of the Cadbury Creme Egg with a fondant-inspired interior that's made with a fluffy protein dough, while the exterior is coated in milk chocolate. The bar will arrive starting November 24, 2025 and will be on offer through April 2026 in the UK.
UK Retail Sales Director Rachel Austerberry commented on the Grenade Soft Core Creme Egg Protein Bar saying, "Grenade is breaking new ground with the first ever official Creme Egg flavoured protein product. Our new Soft Core range is an innovative addition to our offering sure to drive consumer interest and recruit new consumers to the category, thanks to its more indulgent texture and taste."
