The Goose Hut Bistro Mixes Culture with Modern Design Features

Beijing-based Golucci Interior Architects created the new Goose Hut Bistro, a comfortable yet contemporary space that sells fine foods and beverages.

The design team aimed to create a space that would be both welcoming and modern, while creating a hand-picked menu of traditional Hunan cuisine. Utilizing all of the space to express traditional culture, the restaurant gives of a one-of-a-kind dining experience inside a classic rectangular structure. The high-end kitchen was set in place to serve high-quality food to the masses all at once. Architectural "goose nests" were added all around the space, serving as a geometric art piece that reminds customers exactly where they are.

The new Goose Hut Bistro in Beijing aims to wow customers by mixing flavor with design style.
