This Gold Lamborghini Aventador is One of the Most Expensive Cars Ever

For really, really rich people, the Gold Lamborghini Aventador may speak to you. This supercar is worth $7.28 million dollars, making it the most expensive car in the country, and possibly the most expensive in the world.

The luxury model is created by Robert Gulpen, who has been known to create these over-the-top models during the course of the last 12 years. A prototype of this Lamborghini was made up of gold and platinum, completely encrusted with luxury jewels. Currently, this smaller model sits on display at the UAE (Dubai) and for those interested, the full-sized vehicle is available for purchase.

The actual vehicle will be made using 25 KG of solid gold; 700 diamonds will encrust each seat, and the rims will be casted from gold and platinum. Bullet-proof glass covers the exterior. Under the hood -- a seven-speed transmission that can boost to 96.5 km/h in 2.9 seconds.

The $7.28 million vehicle will be auctioned off and ten percent of the proceeds will go to charity.
