Customer-Herding Webhost Ads

The 2014 GoDaddy Super Bowl Ad Brings Customers in Droves

The GoDaddy Super Bowl ad for 2014 is less risqué than its commercials have been in previous years but it still shows quite a bit of skin — although its mostly belongs to male bodybuilders. The short ad shows hoards of buff bodybuilders running through the streets and towards a spray tan shop. Racecar driver Danica Patrick is among the bodybuilders in a muscle suit, making this her 13th appearance in a GoDaddy commercial.

The GoDaddy ad is a departure from some of its more controversial ads of the past and now focuses on showing how its services aid small businesses online and representing women as smart, successful business owners.

The ad is set to air during the second half of the NFL Super Bowl XLVIII and will be one of two 30-second GoDaddy commercials.
