David and Phillipe Blond's Spring 2009 collection reflects the sparkle and glitz of the New York City nightclubs. There was little boring black on this runway, fashions were comprised mostly of bright colors, shine and sequins.
The models, who all looked like Barbie, strutted out in platinum blond wigs and metallic pumps. There was a flashy array of cherry-red, purple and silver fabrics as well as a nod to showgirl style in a pink feathered outfit.
