Bombay Sapphire Teamed Up with UK Bars to Create Gin-Infused Jelly Cubes

As part of its Saw This, Made This campaign, Bombay Sapphire teamed up with bars in the UK to create gin-infused jelly cubes that pair with bespoke cocktails. The Saw This, Made This – Art Bites were made with four London-based venues, Blue Bar at The Berkeley, Ester, The Bar Below at Hide and Sager + Wilde Paradise Row, as well as Exhibition in Manchester and Hey Palu in Edinburgh.

The bites take cues from each bar's local surroundings, including the flower stalls on East London’s Columbia Road and the National Monument of Edinburgh.

At each bar, there's a bespoke cocktail to enjoy that enhances each art bite. At The Bar Below at Hide, guests are offered The Other Side cocktail, which was inspired by the passing of seasons in the Royal Parks.
