Supercars as Wall Art

Gil Dezer Mounted a Real 1950 Porsche Spyder 550 on His Walls

For many people, the things they hang on their walls reflect their passions. If you’re a Porsche fanatic, you could opt for posters and model cars, but if you’ve got the dough, why not mount a REAL Porsche on your walls? Gil Dezer sure did.

Dezer, 34, had a 1950 Porsche Spyder 550 mounted to the wall in the living room of his 8,000 square ft Sunny Isles condo.

"When you think about how much more work goes into making a car versus a painting, you realize that is art," Gil Dezer says. I guess you could say he’s an art collector then because he owns owns 8 Porsche Spyder 550s!

We’ve seen a man hang a Lamborghini on a wall before, making me think there’s a plausible chance mounting supercars on walls could become a ‘thing’ in ultra-luxury interior design.
