The George McCracken FW 2012 line is a delectable mashup of sartorial excellence and badass grunge. The series vibes executive strength in combination with biker attitude and complete disregard for social norms. Pieces are sturdy and masculine with defined seaming, but are distressed for a disheveled look.
Although simple, the pieces have sharp and creative detailing. The line includes a red leather biker jacket with a diagonal zipper and retro seaming. Another memorable piece is a fur vest, which is attached to an Arizona leather jacket via suspenders. The jacket hangs like a satchel, or can be worn over the vest.
On the company site, McCracken describes his audience as a "guy who really appreciates material aspects of clothing. But he does not need clothes for status." The exquisite quality and laid-back styling are perfect for the smart, confident man.
