The Garmin Varia RCT715 radar tail bike light is a multifunctional safety solution for cyclists to add onto their ride when heading out for training or a leisure cruise. The device functions first and foremost as a light for keeping cyclists visible at all times during their ride, and will use radar technology to warn them of an approaching vehicle from up to 140-meters away with an audible and visual alert. The light is visible in daylight up to one-mile away to maximize cyclist visibility.
The Garmin Varia RCT715 radar tail bike light is also equipped with a camera for capturing footage in 1080p or 720p resolution at 30fps. The camera can be set to record at all times or when a vehicle is detected nearby.
