KangaROOS Launches the 'GAMMA+' Sneaker for Cancer Awareness

KangaROOS is introducing a new ‘GAMMA+’ sneaker silhouette in partnership with Acribik and the cancer awareness movement NOBU. The ‘GAMMA+’ is inspired by the fight against cancer and the impact of a cancer diagnosis.

The shoe features text that says "Fuck Cancer" on the heels, referencing the life-changing disease and its negative impacts on the lives of many. The sneaker's uppers are made from suede and corduroy, while their heel side pads feature a lightweight mesh material. It also features an EVA foam sole, a Dynacoil damping system, and a heel stabilizer padding system.

A percentage of the proceeds from the ‘Fuck Cancer’ colorway of the ‘GAMMA+’ will go to the German Bone Marrow Donor Centre to aid in the battle against blood cancer. The sneaker is available on the Acribik store and will be sold throughout the GAMMA+ umbrella and KangaROOS online store.
