Game of Silks is Hosting Digital Horse Races that Mirror Real Races

'Game of Silks,' a virtual horse racing game in the metaverse, announced that it is running virtual racing simulations that parallel real horse races. The company is first mirroring the Keeneland Spring Meet by using digital twins of each horse in the metaverse. The virtual horse race will also have prize money paid out to the owner of each digital twin.

It is important to note that Game of Silks is an official blockchain partner of the New York Racing Association, meaning it has intimate knowledge of the racehorses that it creates digital twins of. In total, Game of Silks has created more than 17,500 digital twins of real-world racehorses to build-out its virtual simulator.

Interested viewers will be able to bid on not-owned racehorses participating in the race prior to the start of the event to claim ownership.
