Allbirds and adidas Launch New FUTURECRAFT.FOOTPRINT Shoe

New Zealand-based footwear brand Allbirds has once again teamed up with adidas to launch an all-new sneaker silhouette dubbed the FUTURECRAFT.FOOTPRINT. The new sneaker launch arrives as part of the two brands' broader commitment to reduce the carbon footprint of the footwear industry, which they initiated in 2020.

Made from 50% recycled materials, the FUTURECRAFT.FOOTPRINT is now one of the lightest performance sneakers to be offered by either brand. In terms of design, the shoe features an all-white color scheme, neutral-toned stitching that runs along its uppers, and a washed-out midsole. Meanwhile, both brands' logos are printed on either lateral side. In addition, the shoes feature a total carbon footprint number below the logos, drawing attention to the brands' sustainability-focused mission statement.
