The FreshDirect Loyalty Program Was Created with BAM Strategy

The FreshDirect loyalty program has been created by the brand thanks to a strategic partnership with BAM Strategy to offer customers of the e-grocer with some perks for their purchases.

Set to launch in early 2023, the program will be created and launched by BAM Strategy to ensure it's as customer-targeted as possible. The process will include dynamic customer research to support a new content and analytics strategy, while also offering guidance for how the branding should be formulated. BAM Strategy will also be doing an audit of the existing programs to identify preexisting opportunities for the e-grocer.

Managing Director of BAM Strategy Xavier Picquerey commented on the FreshDirect loyalty program saying, "When FreshDirect first came to us with this opportunity, we knew it was the right fit because we are committed to serving communities, and loyalty programs ultimately do just that."
