Fruity Ice Pops

Fresh Fruit Popsicles are a Healthy Way to Stay Cool this Summer

Beating the heat can be very delicious thanks to the variety of ice creams and popsicles on the market; yet the Fresh Fruit Popsicles offers a refreshing alternative that is just as cooling and a lot more healthy. Instead of downing artificial sugars and flavoring, this recipe calls for real fruit and juice.

Created by Lil Sugar, and inspired by the Fruit Salad Ice Pops posted on Martha Stewarts website, the Fresh Fruit Popsicles are made up of thinly sliced peaches, kiwis, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. All of these ingredients are combined in a mixing bowl and then carefully arranged into ice pop molds. The juice is poured on top as the freezing agent and the molds are placed in the freezer for about six hours.

The Fresh Fruit Popsicles are perfect for parties.
