Muscle Milk, the highly reputable sports nutrition and functional beverage brand, is helping its consumers adjust to the daylight savings by offering six hours of free virtual workouts. Dubbed the 'Power Hour,' fans have their choice of expert athletes leading them through a variety of exercises, ranging from HIIT workouts, boxing classes, and Tabata workouts.

At 10 a.m. ET, Or Artzi–an Equinox and Variis trainer–will provide a Tabata workout on her Instagram page. At 11 a.m. ET, Leila Leilani–the founding Rumble trainer–will provide a boxing workout.
