The U.S. Postal Service celebrates one of the most beloved cartoon character and his friends with the set of limited Spongebob SquarePants Forever stamps. The designs are playful and bright, set to launch across the nation starting the 1st of August. The collection is designed in a way that reflects the long cultural legay of the Nickelodeon series.
Comprised of four animated designs, it highlights SpongeBob and some of his friends including Patrick Star, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, and Sandy. Each pane is designed with 16 stamps -- it features two close-up looks of SpongeBob smiling, a group picture of everyone including Gary and Plankton, and more. It marks a special milestone for the brand as the show first aired in 1999 and is now in its 16th season.
