I'll be the first person to admit that I don't like seagulls, but these beautiful works of flying seagull photography are starting to make me appreciate their beauty.
This series of flying seagull photography was capture by a photographer named Howard, who also goes by the screen name HOWLD on his Flickr account. HOWLD's photographs capture images of seagulls flying high above the city of New York and above other natural landscapes as well. Through HOWLD's lens, we're able to get up close with seagulls like never before and therefore capable of noticing their majestic qualities, while also experiencing a view of the world from their eyes.
HOWLD's brilliant seagull photographs have allowed me to see the beauty in something that I normally find repugnant and for me that is the mark of a great artist.
