Florette Rainbow Crunchy is a Crunchy Assortment of Leaves

The Florette Rainbow Crunchy ready-to-eat salad mix is a new offering from the brand in the UK that will provide consumers with an easy to prepare option when looking for a light meal or side option that's also aesthetically pleasing.

The salad mix features a crunchy mix of mild leaves including escarole and radicchio as well as crunchy vegetables including candy striped beet and carrot. The salad mix will be launched with an on-pack promotion that will see 2p donated from every pack sold to the NHS Charities Together.

Head of Marketing at Florette UK Hazel Clark spoke on the new Florette Rainbow Crunchy ready-to-eat salad mix saying, "Even the most enthusiastic salad eaters get stuck in a rut on occasion and make do with basic salads, which, whilst nice enough, aren’t exciting. They need help and inspiration to create food that they will love to eat. Our in-house chefs have developed recipes to perfectly pair with the salad, which will feature at the heart of our new marketing campaign."
