Flip Around by Norm Architects is a Stool, Side Table and Tray

Like the common optical illusion that can be interpreted one of two ways, Flip Around by Norm Architects, a design firm based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a piece of furniture that can be perceived differently. Is it a stool? Or a side table? Well, the simple answer is that it's both. As its name suggests, the surface of the furniture piece flips around so that it is better conducive to one of these functions.

In spite of its multifunctional appeal, Flip Around by Norm Architects is very sleek and minimal. Perfect for both traditional and modern homes, the top of the 'table/stool' can also be used separately as a tray. Soon to be available in North America through Creative Danes, it is available in two colorways: black and wood or white and wood.
