The Shark FlexStyle IonCurl Upgrades the Styling Platform with Improved Airflow

Shark Beauty has expanded its FlexStyle lineup with the FlexStyle IonCurl, refining the multi-function styling tool while preserving the familiar platform existing users know. The latest model retains its convertible design, allowing it to switch between a hair dryer and air styler, while introducing Ion Smooth Technology to reduce static, tame frizz, and smooth flyaways. Shark also debuts CoandaBoost Technology, which increases airflow to wrap hair more securely around the curling barrel for more defined curls, while simultaneously speeding up drying and styling. A new interaction lets users pause airflow by double-clicking the cool-shot button, making the curling process more intuitive.

Beyond its performance upgrades, the FlexStyle IonCurl receives a more premium exterior finish, launching in Lilac and Strawberry Matcha colorways. According to Shark, engineers overcame the challenge of integrating an ionizer without compromising airflow, ultimately exceeding the original model's performance. Rather than replacing the existing FlexStyle ecosystem, the IonCurl builds on it as a new attachment platform designed to evolve with future styling technologies. The Shark FlexStyle IonCurl is available now for $349.99.
