Häagen-Dazs' Flavours of Love Spotlights Two New Decadent Flavors

Häagen-Dazs recently released a pair of macaron-inspired flavors with world-renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé, and to celebrate, the brand created the Flavours of Love pop-up. This limited-time experience in London's Covent Garden encourages people to forget what they know about cities like Paris and Rome, and instead embrace London as the "City of Love."

At the pop-up, there's a dessert tasting menu for the macaron-themed Strawberry & Raspberry and Double Chocolate Ganache flavors. Some of the treats that can be sampled include First Impression, a meringue with mini ice cream balls and a Baba au Rhum, topped with a smoke bubble; Love Is Blind a chocolate indulgence housed in a watermelon; and True Love, which serves up chocolate and raspberry creme in a handcrafted shell of raspberry yuzu and chili fruit leather.
