Elithis Tower is the World's First Energy Positive Workplace

I guess even buildings want to get in on the Halloween action by the looks of the Elithis Tower, the world's first energy postive workplace. I'm going to guess that it was trying to achieve a sci-fi look -- from Battlestar Galatica perhaps?

Silliness aside, this impressive structure is made even more impressive by being the first energy positive workplace globally. Usually a net zero energy building is an accomplishment, but this building actually creates more power than it uses! It also produces six times fewer greenhouse gas emissions than traditional workplaces. Amazing!
