'Feel Good Ripple' is Servus Credit Union's Do-Gooder Stimulus Plan

The ‘Feel Good Ripple’ is a plan set out by the Canadian Credit Union Servus. The idea is to hand out CDN $200,000 in ten-dollar bills, giving 20,000 people the opportunity to create a Feel Good Ripple by giving that money to someone else. This would never happen in the States--at least, not the way it was intended to.
