Album-Inspired Collaborative Capsules

Supreme's Latest Release Highlights 'Fear of a Black Planet'

Streetwear label Supreme drops its latest highly captivating collaborative project with Public Enemy and UNDERCOVER, inspired by Public Enemy's third album, 'Fear of a Black Planet.' The album was first released in 1990 and Chuck D of the rap group expresses that it laughs at the fallacy of race, explaining that racism is merely an endorsed game where people benefit at the expense of others based on physical attributes, rather than embracing truth. The collection is heavily decorated with the album cover art, including outerwear, hoodies, coin purses, collaborative Dr. Martens boots, pants, sweat pants, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, puffer jackets, puffer vest, button downs, 14K gold necklaces, and a rug.

The expansive collection also boasts accents of Public Enemy's name in its signature typeface with the 'b-boy in crosshair' branding. Additionally, Supreme announced that a portion of the proceeds will be donated towards the American Civil Liberties Union. The collaborative collection will be dropping online and in New York, L.A., London, and Paris locations on March 15, and Japan will receive the launch on March 17.
