Crenshaw Skate Club and Browns Launch FARFETCH BEAT 009

South Central LA-based imprint Crenshaw Skate Club works in collaboration with Browns on an exclusive new collection dubbed FARFETCH BEAT 009. It is made up of cut-and-sew apparel, with 20 pieces in total. This is also joined by four skate decks that are all detailed with signature motifs that nod to Crenshaw Skate Club.

Overall, it embodies a touch of London sensibilities that meet Californian themes for a laidback look. The capsule is led by the three-piece outfit in a beige palette made up of classic skate bottoms, a shirt, and a Harrinton-style jacket to tie it all together. This is printed with the Crenshaw Square emblem. Other pieces in the range include workwear jackets, trousers, jorts, hoodies, tees, and more.

McIntosh speaks about the collection, noting that "‘This collaboration with Browns for FARFETCH Beat is very special and symbolic of CSC’s next step into the world of cut and sew, which has been a goal of mine ever since I was a kid. With this exclusive, we’ve been able to take CSC’s message international which is to represent and empower inner-city skaters, and I hope that I can make inner-city skaters in other countries feel represented as well. The origin of CSC is hyperlocal, but the message can be applied to kids all over the world."
