‘Fantasy Over Fashion’ by Lisa Gladkova is a strikingly beautiful set of images emphasizing the art of the photo rather than the clothes themselves. Her intent with this project was, "the exploration of a fashion photographer’s artistic license."
Gladkova’s use of the arresting red, black and white colors create stark contrast and vibrancy. Contrasts continue with the unexpected pairing of black leather, shiny hard metal and flowing sheer fabric.
I love the vivid color combination, dramatic lighting, powerful poses and oh…the futuristic goggles!
