Fanny Adam Creates a Single Piece for Small Spaces

Fanny Adam is a French design student from École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs who has created the ultimate piece of furniture for small spaces. Particularly great for college dorms, Fanny Adam has managed to fit a sofa, bed, dining table and workstation into one neat package. Interestingly enough, the finished product doesn't appear to be chock-full of options, which is a good thing. Its simple aesthetic will fit into any home.

Using Elegant Oak from the Formica Woods range and Formica laminate, Fanny Adam also ensured that her design incorporated plenty of storage space. Explaining why she chose to use Formica laminate, Fanny Adam states, "As the sofa bed becomes an indispensable and most important part of the household, a place where customers work, relax, eat and sleep, the material had to be able to fulfil all the demands of such usage."
