I have never really seen the point of Guinea Pigs, but these little guys really are very funny. It's the little rodents in the hat that do it for me.
Their Andean female owners are taking part in a one day festival in Lima, Peru, some even matching their guinea pig's costumes to their own, which is more than a little bizarre.
This beats all pictures of a dog in a cape and shades, and I am particularly fond of the one that looks like a cross between a construction worker and a sailor - yes that one!.
