The structure has been awarded LEED Gold status, which is the second highest status that the US Green Building Council awards. The building uses 28% less energy and other high-tech data centers, and it cost 24% less money to construct. If the building works better and costs less, why aren't all buildings made in the same fashion? That would solve a lot of problems.
