Mazda are offering people the chance to win one of three incredible once in a lifetime prizes from an aerobatic flight to a VIP trip to Ibiza to a hot air balloon ride at 10,000 feet over the Swiss Alps. Radio one DJ Reggie Yates was sent to experience what the prizes entail in a number of short films with the first sees him undertake an aerobatic plane ride in England.

The campaign aligns the Mazda brand with the perception of extreme experiences and living life to the full, bringing the zoom zoom ethos of the brand to life.

Implications - Marketing campaigns are increasingly plugging in to Facebook and social media and employing the loyal following of a well respected celebrity to advertise their products online. While in the past it was enough to show the benefits of the product, now advertising has gone beyond this to offer intangible and emotional benefits.
