Clownish Golfer Captures

The Exit Magazine 'Alice' Editorial Stars a Face-Painted Franziska Muller

It is not everyday that a person would catch a clown on a golf course, but that is exactly what the Exit Magazine 'Alice' editorial gives its readers. Quirky and slightly creepy, model Franziska Müller roams around the carefully cut fields in golf-inspired ensembles that are accented with a white painted face. Complete with the black-rimmed eyes, courtesy of make-up artist Mel Arter, Muller could pass for a mime as well.

The Exit Magazine Alice editorial was shot by photographer Paul Empson for the spring-summer 2012 issue of the magazine. Captured on location at the London Golf Club, the brunette beauty is clad in a menswear-inspired wardrobe. Stylist pulled pieces from Tommy Hilfiger, Pringle of Scotland, Hermès, Prada, Lacoste, Yves Saint Laurent, Jil Sander, Tom Ford, Paul Smith, Bally, Ralph Lauren and more.
