Voice-Controlled Air Quality Monitors

The Eve Room 2 Features Improved Hardware and Software

Eve's initial generation of climate and air quality monitors were fairly impressive when first released but the new Eve Room 2 collection aims to improve the original in multiple ways. Firstly, the updated air monitor sports a newly refined design with an anodized aluminum body and a high-contrast 1.54-inch E-ink display. The updated body also replaces the power supply, ditching AA batteries for a rechargeable internal battery that can run for six weeks at a time.

The Eve Room 2 was developed with Apple's HomeKit software, like the original Eve Room, but in working with the updated software this new device features the ability to work with Apple's digital assistant Siri. This means users can control the device with their voice in the same way they would control other smart devices in the home.
