Honda's EV-Cub Offers Electric Power and Urban Styling

The EV-Cub is a high-tech electric two-wheeler, introduced by Honda, that is essentially an electrically equipped version of the highly well-received and popular Honda Super Cub.

Expected to be available in the form of a production model by the year 2018, this electric two-wheeler is powered by a 0.9 kWh battery that offers peak power of 3.8 horsepower. The vehicle is capable of offering a range of up to 34 km on regular, level ground. In terms of styling, the EV-Cub is quite reminiscent of the Super Cub concept from 2015, and has a style that will make it ideal for use as an urban commuter vehicle.

Honda is yet to reveal which markets the EV-Cub will be made available in, but considering how popular the Super Cub was and still is around the world, it's perhaps safe to expect this brilliantly designed electric two-wheeler to be made available in a market near you.
