The American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) is Releasing a Vehicle

The American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) announced that it would soon unveil its ethanol-powered vehicle and markets its new product as having a lower greenhouse gas footprint than traditional plug-in electric cars.

The senior vice president of ACE, Ron Lamberty, explains that it's important to look beyond electric as the primary net-zero strategy, hence why the company is developing a flex-fuel engine that favors a hybrid system. The design merges the efficiency of ethanol with the lowest polluting fuel to create an engine that will reach net-zero far before any electric vehicle.

The car will also come equipped with a sensor that ensures fuel is being burned as economically as possible - thus producing a competitive, cost-efficient, and sustainable vehicle.
