Eszter Burghardt is a Canadian-Hungarian artist who is able to create stunning miniature terrains out of unconventional objects. Her latest series Edible Vistas is inspired from the unique geographic structure of Iceland and is created primarily out of food products.
Eszter Burghardt uses edible entities such as chocolate cake crumbs, poppy seeds, milk and others to create her works. After she is done making the landscapes, she photographs them using a macro lens to give it a real life-sized feeling.
