EmulsiTRACT Improves the Creamy Mouthfeel in Foods & Beverages

EmulsiTRACT is a new technology that creates rich-tasting, creamy low-fat foods and beverages in a way that's all-natural and completely plant-based. The milk colloid emulsion can be used in a variety of drinks, packaged foods and dairy alternatives, not just for the purposes of enhancing the mouthfeel but also decreasing dependence on expensive edible oil additives—notably, it's estimated that about 50% all products in a supermarket currently contain palm oil, rapeseed, soybean, sunflower or a variety of other edible oils.
