The Ellice is a custom tiny home by Teacup Tiny Homes that expands everyday living features within a 34-foot residence built on a triple-axle trailer. Based on the company's Bernice floor plan, the home pairs dark board-and-batten exterior cladding with a bright white interior and includes a galley kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, three-burner propane stove, oven, dual-basin sink, pull-out pantry, dishwasher, washing machine and propane dryer. Storage is integrated throughout the layout to maximize functionality without sacrificing floor space.
The interior also features a dining area with bench storage, an adjustable table, an electric fireplace and underfloor heating across the main level. A spacious bathroom incorporates a full bathtub and shower, flushing toilet and vanity, while a loft bedroom accommodates a king-size bed and is accessed by a staircase with built-in storage. A secondary loft provides additional sleeping or storage space.
