Color Pop Beachside Editorials

The Elle France June 2014 Rianne Ten Haken Photoshoot is Bright

The Elle France June 2014 photoshoot featuring model Rianne Ten Haken displays a most unusual take on cosmetics. Make up expert Serge Hodonou chose to do away with natural looks that are most often paired withe beachside editorials, instead focusing on pops of blue and bright red.

Haken's lashes were coated in indigo shades while her lips were covered with a bright scarlet gloss. While these choices are bold and eye catching, they hardly detract from the apparel choices of stylist Julie Chanut-Bombard.

While beach scenes such as this one usually call for black and white bikinis, Chanut-Bombard broke with the basics by infusing the set with patterned wrap dresses, elegant one-piece suits and see-through knits.
