As part of the Onitsuka Tiger image of 2008 and their brilliant ‘Made of Japan’ trademark, the brand have brought an Electric Light Shoe sculpture to life, which will be traveling to all their stores. This looks like quite a sight and I am sure a great marketing stunt for trainer lovers.
The 1 meter long 3-D sculpture is constructed with the energy of Japan in mind such as the prominent Tokyo’skyline, vibrant neon lights, transport, night markets, and vending machines all illuminated.
The original sculpture will travel from one Onitsuka Tiger store to another throughout the year. And you can see below how the Electric Light Land trainer sculpture was created.
