Aēsop Announces the Arrival of the 'Eidesis' Fragrance

Aēsop is launching a new ‘Eidesis’ fragrance just after the launch of its ‘Othertopias’ Eau de Parfums collection. The forthcoming fragrance is marketed as unisex, meaning everyone can enjoy the delightful concoction of scents that ‘Eidesis’ has to offer.

The scent was designed in collaboration with Barnabé Fillion, and tells the story of Narcissus, a hunter from Thespiae who was famously known for his breathtaking beauty. Narcissus, also known as the god of vanity, fell in love with his own reflection and spent the rest of his days gazing at his own reflection in a pool of water.

The scent itself boasts hints of vetiver, sandalwood, cedar, in addition to "aquatic floral" notes. The fragrance comes in a 50ml bottle and launches on Aēsop’s website in September. ‘Eidesis’ retails for approximately $195 USD.
