MSGM Releases New Eco-Friendly 'FG1' Sneaker Collection

MSGM has released a new eco-friendly sneaker collection of recycled and sustainable materials called the 'FG1' sneaker line. The collection was first shown in its Spring/Summer 2023 collection at Milan Fashion Week in 2022. ACBC sources the eco-friendly materials compiled into each sneaker for their organic feel and natural textures.

The sneakers are made of VegSkin, ReRubber, and RePet materials that minimize Co2 emissions and encourage biodiversity. Specifically, ReRubber is a recycled pre-consumer rubber waste material used In the laces and lining. The sneaker collection has four colors: green, purple, white, and black. The design consists of a lifestyle sneaker look, with the primary colors covering the entire sneaker except for the interior. The upper is made from layers of ragged VegSkin material that displays a rough appearance to the sneaker along with its exposed double stitching. MSGM's FG1 sneaker collection is available for $435.
