That Midwestern twist comes in the form of Wisconsin sharp provolone cheese, which is paired with a double portion of grilled-to-order steak and hot onions on the East Coast Philly Steak sub. As for the East Coast Philly Chicken sub, a double portion of grilled-to-order chicken is combined with hot onions and the same sharp provolone cheese.
