In an absolutely horrifying turn of events, the tape rolls as an eagle snatches a baby out of an open field with his mother just a few feet away. This is the kind of video you shouldn’t watch if you’re a hyper-paranoid parent because it’s just that freaky.
In a park in Montreal, Canada, a mother tends to her dogs with her toddler seated just a few feet away on the grass. A cell phone camera captures video of an eagle swooping above the park (as it turns out the eagle was lining up its prey.) The eagle snatches up the baby after soaring down toward the ground. The camera man immediately reacts and runs towards the baby and mother. Luckily, the eagle drops the baby almost immediately after trying to pick him up.
Some are questioning the authenticity of this video, but it’s already been watched by more than a million people on YouTube in just a day.
