E-Paper Digital Cameras

The Shelly

Just when we finished mourning the death of the Polaroid, the Shelly E-Paper Camera catches our attention. The concept aims to revive the concept of the instant photo, but this time, for the future.

"You take a picture, stock on the i-paper (consumables), send it via the Internet to other owners of i-paper therefore to wallets, picture frames, at home, in the office : everywhere and anywhere," designer Jean Hong explains.

Surely when it goes from concept to reality, it won't be clad with pink and purple swirls, but if My Little Pony had a camera, this concept is how I'd imagine it to look.
