Drink Kong will Host a Pop-Up at Aqua New York

For one evening, Drink Kong, recognized among the "World’s 50 Best Bars," will present its cocktail craftsmanship at Aqua New York as part of the venue’s guest shift series. This collaboration highlights both bars’ shared appreciation for Japanese influences and contemporary mixology, offering attendees an opportunity to experience Drink Kong’s signature approach in a new setting against the backdrop of New York City.

Leading the event, mixologist Davide Diaferia will prepare a selection of the bar’s signature cocktails. In partnership with Weber Ranch Vodka, the evening will introduce 'Aqua Kong Reverb,' a limited-edition cocktail that will remain on Aqua Spirit’s menu after the event. Additionally, Drink Kong will "serve four of its well-known creations—Canova, Codex, Prisma, and Gaijin—providing guests with a curated selection from one of Europe’s noted cocktail bars."
