This New Dreams Partnership Includes Mind and SAMH

This new Dreams partnership has been announced with two mental health charities including Mind and SAMH to support a good cause and also promote the important of sleep for wellbeing. The three-year partnership comes on the heels of new research announced from the brand that detailed how consumers are currently losing 22 full days of sleep each year on average due to everyday worries. The brand will be donating £150,000 to fund the work of Mind and SAMH, which will support the reported one in four people in the UK who experience a mental health problem each year.

CEO Jonathan Hirst commented on the Dreams partnership with Mind and SAMH saying, "Helping people sleep better is what we’re all about at Dreams. We know that a good night’s sleep can transform how we feel in ourselves and how we show up for others. That’s why partnering with Mind and SAMH felt like such a natural fit. By working together, we hope to encourage more open conversations about wellbeing, raise money for mental health services, and remind people that knowing how to rest well can make a real difference when things get tough."
