The Evil Genius Beer Company based in Philadelphia has teamed up with burger chain brand White Castle in order to create a delicious new dragon fruit IPA that is unsurprisingly positioned as the ideal beer to be paired up with White Castle's iconic sliders.
The 'Main Character Energy' beer is a hazy kiwi dragon fruit IPA that offers a tropical flavor profile as well as a recognizable layer of citrus, with the beer brewed with a combination of Strata and Simcoe hop varieties. This beer follows on the heels of the 'It Hits Different' tangerine IPA that Evil Genius and White Castle previously collaborated on.
This unique and flavorful kiwi dragon fruit IPA is available in keg format for drinking and dining establishments, as well as six-packs for canned purchase in stores.
