The Dragon Court Village is located in Japan and designed by architecture firm Eureka. Because space was limited, the apartments are extremely compact and close to each other, creating a nice sense of community within the apartment complex.
From the outside the residential space looks like pieces of stacked timber boxes, but on the inside each unit is divided up evenly, and comes with parking spaces and a garage. Communal areas have been set up to encourage interaction between individuals, and since the space is quite small it's expected to be easy to meet others within the building.
