Dr. Sheffield's Natural Toothpaste is Packaged in Aluminum Tubes

Dr. Sheffield's is now packaging its charcoal toothpaste products in fully recyclable aluminum tubes. The natural, fluoride-free toothpastes help to reduce dependence on plastic and as Jeffrey Davis, CEO of Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, (makers of Dr. Sheffield's Naturals) says, "Although recyclable plastic tubes are certainly a more cost-effective option, plastic recycling has been a failure, and a recyclable plastic tube is less effective at preserving the quality of our product."

Free from artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, the natural charcoal toothpaste from Dr. Sheffield's will now appeal to not only ingredient-conscious consumers but also those who are environmentally conscious too.

Over the next few months, the brand will be transitioning the rest of its certified cruelty-free and non-GMO toothpaste flavors to sustainable, fully recyclable tubes.
